Safety and Health

Chair: Jeff Harmon, Vulcan Construction Materials

To function as an agent for the members of the Alliance in advising of any changes or alterations in the rules and regulations in the safety aspects of surface mining. Assist in the continuous training of member companies’ personnel. To seek relief from those agencies displaying inconsistent or unjustifiable regulations, interpretations and enforcement procedures.
