ASHE 2010 Columbus Day Classic Golf Invitational

October 15, 2010 - Bide-A-Wee Golf Course, Portsmouth

The 2010 Columbus Day Classic Golf Invitational scheduled for Friday morning, October 15.  The location for the tournament this year is Bide-A-Wee Golf Course in Portsmouth.  The format is Captain’s Choice Best Ball and will be an 8:00 am shotgun start.  Lunch will be provided following the golf.

If you are interested in participating, please fill out the attached registration form and send it to me along with the appropriate check amount by October 11.  You may also email or fax me your registration information as I realize getting a check cut can sometimes be a time consuming process.

The following sponsorship opportunities are available:

• Hole and Contest Sponsor - $150
• Lunch Keg Sponsor - $250
• Golf Beverage Cart Sponsor - $500

Please remember that the proceeds from this tournament go toward our annual ODU Scholarship!

We need door prize donations, i.e. golf shirts, dozen balls, umbrellas, etc., and prize bags goodies, i.e. huggies, tees, etc.  Please note the prize bag quantity is 100 in order to provide for all the golfers.

Also, we need volunteers for registration and the casino hole.
