Spring Smoke Schools

March 24, 2012 - March 27, 2012 - Glade Spring, Manakin & Blue Ridge

VTCA will be sponsoring Visible Emissions (Smoke) Schools in the Spring.  The schools are designed to produce qualified observers who can make plume opacity determinations that are accurate and minimally affected by variable field conditions.

We are offering three Smoke Schools for the Spring session:

March 24, 2012 - Mountain Materials, Glade Spring, VA
March 26, 2012 - Boxley, Blue Ridge, VA
March 27, 2012 - Luck Stone, Manakin, VA
