Volkert is pleased to announce that Robert (Bobby) Hester, PE, has joined the Mid-Atlantic Region as Director of Municipal & Highway Engineering. “Having Bobby on board lends depth to our transportation team, and will allow Volkert to build upon the comprehensive services we are providing our clients in the region,” said Dennis Morrison, PE, Senior Vice President of Volkert’s Mid-Atlantic Region.
