Terra Site Constructors, LLC is pleased to announce that Peter W. Bernat has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Operations. Bernat is responsible for managing and directing all company projects, from concept to implementation, in order to guarantee quality, manage financial objectives, and ensure client satisfaction. He will oversee Terra’s team of experienced engineers and construction personnel, providing the vision and leadership required to define and execute the firm’s strategic plan for engineering and construction excellence, as well as growth.

Bernat has more than 28 years of construction management experience and most recently served as Vice President/General Manager at Corman Kokosing Construction Company where he managed the Mid-Atlantic region Heavy Highway and Marine Divisions. He is a proven leader with vast experience in managing all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, design, pre-construction, construction and post-construction activities. Peter’s distinguished project portfolio includes design-build, design-bid-build, complex utilities, fast-track bridges and large-scale transportation infrastructures.
Terra Site is also pleased to announce that Debbie Sellars has been promoted to Vice President of Construction Operations. In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of field operations of the company to ensure that Terra Site continues to not only meet, but exceed, the expectations of its growing client list.

A certified Construction Site Safety Technician (CSST) and Construction Site Safety Supervisor (CSSS), Ms. Sellars has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. She has a broad range of project administration experience and a proven track record of success in managing equipment fleets, materials, and people.
Prior to joining Terra Site, Ms. Sellars served as Executive Vice President of Operations for a contracting firm in Virginia where she managed a $10 million fleet and was responsible for purchase of equipment and job site materials, safety training, and hiring and on-boarding.
