Ian Millikan, PE has joined Wallace Montgomery as Associate Vice President. Ian will have oversight of Wallace Montgomery’s Virginia operations and pursuits. “We are excited that Ian has joined us, his strong reputation and tremendous problem-solving skills will help us continue to assist localities and the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) to solve mobility concerns across the Commonwealth”, states Tony Mawry, PE, Partner.
Before joining WM, Ian served as Assistant State Construction Engineer for VDOT. He comes to WM with a rich depth of experience providing well-rounded engineering expertise to Virginia localities and to VDOT in the fields of design build procurement and contract administration, preliminary engineering project management, construction project controls, and the delivery of locally administered projects.
Ian is a civil engineering graduate of Virginia Tech and has a master’s degree in Transportation Policy, Operations and Logistics from George Mason University. He also has a master’s certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is a Project Management Professional, Designated Design-Build Professional (DBIA), and Certified Construction Manager.
