President Of Kemper Consulting, Inc. Appointed To Virginia Economic Development Partnership

Marianne M. Radcliff, President of Kemper Consulting, Inc., has been appointed
to the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP). The VEDP was created
by the Virginia General Assembly in 1995 to encourage, stimulate, and support
development and expansion of the Commonwealth’s economy. To accomplish
these objectives, the Partnership focuses on business recruitment, expansion, and
international trade.

Prior to joining Kemper Consulting, Marianne served as Assistant Secretary and
Legislative Liaison in the Office of the Virginia Secretary of Transportation, and in
the Office of the Director for the Virginia Department of Aviation handling Aviation
Policy for the Commonwealth. She is a graduate of Longwood University with a
B.S. in Political Science and minors in History and Psychology. She also attended
Bowling Green State University, earning a MPA specializing in Public Law.
