2018 STCC Exhibitor Registration
April 11 @ 2:00 pm - April 13 @ 12:00 pm$1500.00 – $1800.00
Each booth is 10 ft. wide by 10 ft. deep and includes carpet, a 6 ft. table with skirting and chairs. Pipe, drape, sign and electricity are included in the exhibitor fee. Exhibit space is limited so don’t delay and reserve your booth early. A confirmation letter will be sent to all registered exhibitors with detailed setup and breakdown information.
Exhibit space will be assigned by VTCA on a first come, first served basis with a limit of one booth per company. VTCA members will have priority choice for exhibit space through February 28. After that date, remaining booths will be offered to non-members. Non-members are welcome to send in Exhibitor Registration forms and will be placed on a waiting list until March 1 when assignments will be made on a space available basis.
Exhibit booths include one complimentary registration. Any additional attendees (conference or exhibit) will need to register separately. Additional Participant Registration
This conference does not offer one-day or exhibit only rates.
Exhibitors will be able to set up their booths on Wednesday, April 11 starting at 2:00 p.m.
Please email your company’s logo (in .jpg format) to firstname.lastname@example.org to be used on conference materials.
Unless otherwise noted, refunds, less an administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received prior to the close of business April 6. The administrative fee is $50 or 5% of the paid amount, whichever is greater. Cancellations received after April 6 are not eligible for refunds.
