Registration Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted, conference registration refunds, less an administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received prior to the close of business September 2, 2021. The administrative fee is $50 or 5% of the paid amount, whichever is greater.  Cancellations received after September 2 are not eligible for refunds, however substitutions will be allowed.

Fall Transportation Conference Golf Tournament Informationlimited space available

The tournament will be held Wednesday, September 8 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Riverfront Golf Club in Suffolk. Tournament fees include greens fees, a boxed lunch, cart, range balls, mulligans and tournament prizes. The format will be Captain’s Choice and pairings will be done by VTCA. Pre-arranged teams are welcome.

VTCA Member – Late Registration: $159.00 (beginning August 25)

Non-Member – Early Registration: $150.00
Non-Member – Regular Registration: $170.00 (beginning August 5)
Non-Member – Late Registration: $180.00 (beginning August 25)

Golf Cancellation Policy: Since the golf tournament is a fundraising event, your registration is transferable, but not refundable. If you or your designated representative are unable to attend, your payment will be considered a donation to VTCA’s Scholarship Fund.
