2017 Dialogue with the Richmond District

Join your fellow VTCA members for this unique opportunity to meet the VDOT Richmond District staff and discuss the important issues that affect you as you do business within the Richmond District.
We will begin with presentations by the District’s senior professional who will discuss contracting, construction, maintenance, operations, consultant engineering and the CEI program. Next, an interactive panel discussion on project and program delivery in the Richmond District. Third, open discussion on today’s most important industry issues. What’s on your mind? Last, and most dynamic, discussion will continue at lunch Round Tables where VDOT professionals will host topic tables – you choose your topic and sit with those VDOT experts.

Topics are first come, first served and Round Table sponsorship is limited to one table per company. Or if your company doesn’t want to sponsor one of the Round Tables you can sign up to be a Dialogue Sponsor. Your company’s sponsorship will be recognized in the Dialogue program, during the event and in the Blue Top.
Overnight rooms are available for the conference rate of $139.00 + tax per night. The rate is available through April 20 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. After that date reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a $10 administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received prior to the close of business May 5, 2017. Cancellations received after May 5 are not eligible for refunds, however substitutions are encouraged!
