The Transportation Construction Management Institute is a 10 day intensive management development program for the transportation industry. Designed as a full-time management development program, the institute is geared to meet the needs of transportation construction professionals in middle and upper management positions. VTCA, in conjunction with VDOT, is offering the Erosion and Sediment Control Contractor Certification Program.  This course is intended to train individuals involved in implementing Erosion and Sediment Control Plans on VDOT projects and rights-of-way.  Participants who complete the course and pass the examination will receive a certificate of completion.  This certificate meets VDOT’s E&S certification requirements.
