The Engineering Consultant Leadership Committee (ECLC) meets monthly to advance the interests of engineering consultants who are involved in design and construction of transportation-related projects.
ECLC Meetings
On odd months (i.e., January, March, etc.), ECLC meetings are open to all VTCA membership. Members, especially those who do not currently sit on the ECLC, are encouraged to register online for the odd-month meetings and attend via Zoom – there is no charge (see VTCA ‘Events’). On even months (February, April, etc.), member participation is limited to current ECLC members. The even-month meetings also include representation from the most relevant VDOT Divisions, as well as the FHWA. There is typically no publicly available Zoom connection for the even-month meetings.
