2022 VTCA Dialogue with the Hampton Roads District

Event Details

Join us, along with industry peers, Hampton Roads District Staff and local leaders for education and networking at this year’s Hampton Roads District Dialogue.  The program will include insight into VDOT’s transportation program specific to the Hampton Roads District.  District Engineer Chris Hall will lead his staff through detailed presentations covering construction, safety, maintenance and operations, special structures, preliminary engineering, and major project activity.  The Dialogue will include a featured session by Gentry Locke "T-Minus 31 Days to the New Payment Laws.  Here's What You Should Know."  Then VTCA’s Gordon Dixon will share timely details on VTCA’s legislative activity in preparation for the 2023 General Assembly.  Wrapping up the half day program attendees will continue in-person dialogue at the themed lunch roundtables with VDOT and industry professionals.

Online Registration will be turned off at 5:00 pm Monday, 11/28/2022.  Onsite registrations will be handled on a space available basis as guarantees have already been given and can't be increased.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a $15 administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received prior to the close of business November 23, 2022.  Cancellations received after November 23 are not eligible for refunds, however, substitutions are encouraged!
