The statewide conference and trade show for transportation contractors, aggregate producers, consultant engineers, material suppliers, and government transportation officials.

Focused solely on Virginia’s dynamic transportation program and the impact it has on the construction, engineering and aggregate industries, this conference focuses on the challenges and solutions to deliver one of the largest transportation programs in the country.  VDOT, Virginia’s localities and the Transportation construction industry are in the spotlight to deliver the Commonwealth’s transportation Program without hesitation or delays.  With emphasis on the future of  transportation and the successful delivery of the program, the conference includes multiple technical and business  development sessions led by some of the industry’s most experienced leadership.  Join us during the conference’s trade show where representatives will be displaying the latest tools, materials and services available to facilitate your success.

VTCA members have priority choice for exhibit space through February 23.  After that date, remaining exhibit space will be offered to non-members.

Non-members are encouraged to send in Exhibitor Registration forms and will be placed on a waiting list until February 24.

Spring Conference Golf – March 29

Start the conference off with a round of golf at the Riverfront Golf Club in Suffolk.  The tournament will begin at 10:00 am with registration starting at 9:00 am.

Riverfront  Golf  Club  is  situated  on  the  banks  of  the  Nansemond River, near the mouth of the James River. This spectacular 6,735-yardlayout  takes  full  advantage  of  its  dramatic  and  unique  riverside location.

Tournament fees include greens fees, a boxed lunch, cart, range balls, mulligans and tournament prizes.  The format will be Captain’s Choice and pairings will be done by VTCA.  Pre-arranged teams are welcome.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit the VTCA Scholarship Fund.
