VTCA is pleased to welcome you to Ponte Vedra Inn & Club for the 2023 Winter Meeting. Located on a stretch of pristine beach in northeast Florida, you’ll enjoy a world of elevated oceanfront accommodations paired with gracious, attentive service and endless leisure pursuits.
The Inn & Club is located only forty-five minutes southeast of Jacksonville.

Hotel Reservations
All Ponte Vedra accommodations include one king or two queen-sized beds. Rooms are run of resort and are all either island or beach view. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am.
A Resort Fee of $20 per room per day includes internet, electronic access to 2,000 newspapers and magazines, coffee maker in room, use of the gym and participation in all fitness classes, twice daily maid service and parking.
Reservations for your accommodations are to be made either by phone or online. By phone, call the Reservations Office at 1-800-234-7842. Online, visit https://bit.ly/VTCAWM23HotelReservations. The cut-off date is extended to December 30, 2022 or when the block sells out. Reservations will require a one night’s deposit in the amount of one night’s room rate. Cancellations or modifications must be made 7 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room rate and tax charge.

Support this valuable program by being an Event Sponsor. All sponsors will be recognized for their commitment by having their company name/logo listed on the conference platform as well as on a sign at the function. In addition, VTCA will promote your sponsorship on the name badges of all representatives from your company and sponsors will be recognized on social media and in a future Blue Top. Deadline for sponsoring is January 6, 2023.

Optional Activities **
Let us do the driving! Enjoy an afternoon in the historic city that lays claim to being the oldest city in the U.S. and is known for its Spanish colonial architecture. VTCA will provide transportation to and from St. Augustine where you can participate in a variety of activities.
Experience the city by the Hop On Hop Off Trolley. Visit numerous museums or points of interest or stroll along historic St. George Street for some shopping. St. Augustine also boasts the San Sebastian Winery and St. Augustine Distillery. Time allows for an early dinner before the return trip to Ponte Vedra.
The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club introduced the first course to the region in 1928. Today, Ponte Vedra is renowned as one of the golf capitals of the East Coast. The Ocean Course and Lagoon Course each feature a distinct seaside links atmosphere. VTCA tee times will be available on the Ocean Course. Lunch is on your own.
The Ocean Course, now playing as a par-71, captures the essence of a modern seaside design with expansive fairways, strategically placed bunkers and lagoons with newly designed green complexes. State of the art grasses include TifEagle Ultradwarf bermudagrass on the greens, Celebration bermudagrass on the fairways and TifGrand bermudagrass on the tees. Additionally, golf course bunkers are rebuilt and reconfigured with an emphasis on strategy, overall aesthetics, and maintainability.
The search is on for VTCA’s Top Chef. Is it you? Put on your chef hat and join us for the first ever Top Chef Competition! Compete against your colleagues and friends for bragging rights as you create the Best Taco in Town! Ponte Vedra’s renowned Chef Hermann Muller will critique your culinary masterpieces and announce the winning team. Teams will be provided with everything necessary to make fabulous tacos and salsas including a surprise ingredient!
*VTCA reserves the right to cancel this event due to low attendance.
** IMPORTANT NOTE: Because guarantees must be provided to our optional activity partners, refunds for optional events cannot be made after January 11, 2023. However, registrations for these events are transferable to another person.
Cancellations received before 5:00 pm on January 11, 2023 will incur an administrative fee of $50 per adult. Because of guarantees we must make with Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, refunds are not available after January 11, 2023. Substitutions, however, are welcome!
