2025 Dialogue with the Culpeper & Fredericksburg Districts

Join VDOT District leadership for an afternoon at the Culpeper and Fredericksburg District Dialogue. Gather with your industry peers, VDOT’s District staff, and local government leaders for networking, education, and discussion.
Culpeper District Engineer Sean Nelson and new Fredericksburg District Engineer Greg Henion will be hosting the program and sharing their respective leadership vision and partnering philosophies. Michael Coffey and Greg Cooley, District Construction Engineers, will then highlight projects from the two hosting Districts. Finally, after a brief legislative update, Gordon Dixon will moderate a panel of industry leaders who will share perspectives from VTCA’s three primary member sectors – Contractors, Engineers, and Aggregate Producers.
This year, we will be holding the program in the afternoon and ending the event with a special networking reception to meet face-to-face with industry and VDOT program staff.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a $25 administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received prior to the close of business October 22, 2025. Cancellations received after October 22 are not eligible for refunds, however, substitutions are encouraged!
