Join us, along with your industry peers, Northern Virginia District Staff and local leaders for education and networking at this year’s Northern Virginia District Dialogue. District Engineer Bill Cuttler will host again this year and discuss some high-level priorities of the District to include new emphasis on land development review (i.e., Executive Order No. 3) and the Southside Express Lanes. Local programs from Loudoun County, Leesburg, and Lovettsville will be highlighted this year, as well as upcoming District project-specific & design-build opportunities. VTCA’s Gordon Dixon will share an update on VTCA’s legislative activity and then introduce a panel of industry leaders who will share perspectives from VTCA’s three primary member sectors – Contractors, Engineers, and Aggregate Producers. Wrapping up the half day program, attendees will continue in-person dialogue at the themed lunch roundtables with VDOT and industry professionals.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a $25 administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received prior to the close of business September 29, 2026. Cancellations received after September 29 are not eligible for refunds, however, substitutions are encouraged!
