Apply for Membership
If your business is involved in Virginia’s transportation construction industry or the non-mineral mining industry, then you should be a VTCA member. Four membership categories support the issues and concerns relevant to contractors, aggregate producers, engineering consultants and the suppliers of goods and supportive services.
- Contractor – those who build and maintain transportation infrastructure. (Download Application)
- Aggregate Producer – those engaged in non-mineral mining (Download Application)
- Associate – suppliers of materials and supportive services to Virginia’s transportation construction, and aggregates industry (Download Application)
- Engineering Consultant – those who provide consulting services to the transportation construction industry – designers, inspectors, surveyors, architects and other consultants (Download Application)
This application will be presented to the Board of Directors and, if approved, the applicant agrees to be governed by the Bylaws of the Alliance and to aid and assist in advancing the mission and Code of Ethics of the Alliance.
To complete your application for membership you must submit a check in the amount of $425.00, payable to VTCA. Or you can contact Dana Morris at VTCA to pay the$425.00 application fee (only) by credit card. You can only pay the application fee with a credit card, the remainder of your membership dues and fees must be paid by check. Once the membership balloting process is complete we will invoice you quarterly for the balance of your dues and fees.
