Professional Bio
In 1994, Will left a secure job and moved his growing family 600 miles, on his own dime and with no prospects, to pursue opportunities in heavy civil construction. Eventually based in SWVA, his journey went from boots-on-the-ground to running projects, to leading project managers, to leading operations, to leading the company.
Eventually, he led their parent company, providing strategic oversight and services (IT, HR, etc.) to their 5 operating companies, growing their annual revenues to exceed $500 mil. Together, they navigated sweeping industry changes, growing risks, and built winning teams.
In 2020, he left construction, becoming a teacher, facilitator, and coach for the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
Will helps entrepreneurial leadership teams clarify their vision and execute their plan with discipline and accountability…running a better business…living a better life.
