VTCA is pleased to announce that our Safety and Operations Committees have collaborated to to bring you our second Safety & Operations Seminar and has rebranded the event as the VTCA Aggregate Mine Expo – or MineX. Aggregates Mine Exposition (MineX) will be expanded to one and a half days of valuable content and networking opportunities. The MineX trade show will be expanded this year to allow even more vendors the opportunity to showcase their products and services.
Along with relevant presentations, the Aggregates Mine Exposition will also include:
- Continental breakfast on both days
- Five half-hour networking breaks
- Lunch on the first day
- Reception at the conclusion of day one
Who Should Attend
The VTCA Aggregates Mine Exposition is built for anyone with a stake in Virginia's aggregate and mining operations, including quarry and plant managers, safety and compliance professionals, engineers and geologists, and the equipment dealers, manufacturers, and service providers who support the industry. If your work touches aggregate production, mine safety, or the equipment behind it, this event is for you.
The Aggregates Mine Exposition will once again include a trade show. This is an opportunity for aggregate-focused vendors to host tabletop displays showcasing their products and services.
The 2026 Aggregates Mine Exposition will also provide an excellent opportunity to network with MSHA officials, Virginia Department of Energy representatives, and industry safety peers while sharing the latest information in mine safety and operations.
Additionally, the 2026 Aggregates Mine Exposition can provide partial Annual Refresher training, if included in your training plan, as well as PDH credits.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds less a $25 administrative fee, will be available through November 20. No refunds will be given for cancellations after November 20 or for no-shows.
