Thank you for considering hosting an exhibit tabletop display at VTCA’s enhanced Aggregates Mine Exposition. Tables are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitor tables will be set up in the ballroom where the conference will be conducted.

Member Exhibits: $750.00
Includes a 6-foot skirted table with chairs in the ballroom and one complimentary registration for the conference. As a exhibitor, your firm's commitment will be promoted and recognized throughout the event. Space will be assigned by VTCA on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional Member Exhibitor Representatives
Exhibitors may register one (1) additional representative for the Aggregates Mine Exposition for $200. This additional registration must be entered at the same time you are signing up for the exhibitor registration ticket online, as the additional ticket is dependent on the exhibitor ticket. All other attendees will be charged the applicable event registration fee.
Non-Member Exhibits: $750.00
The non-member exhibit fee does not include a complimentary conference registration or registration discounts. Includes a 6-foot skirted table with chairs in the ballroom. As an exhibitor, your firm's commitment will be promoted and recognized throughout the event. Space will be assigned by VTCA on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit Set Up & Tear Down
Exhibit Space is limited; exhibitor set-up will begin at 4:00 pm on Monday, November 30, and tear-down for exhibits within the ballroom can take place before 8:00 AM on Wednesday, December 2, or after the conclusion of the presentation (anticipated at noon) on Wednesday.
