VDOT Revisits Negotiation Process for CEI Professional Service Contracts

VDOT’s Construction Division is implementing changes to the negotiations process involving CEI Inspection Classification positions for all active and future procurements. Effective immediately, the maximum hourly rates in the current ‘Inspection Classification Hourly Rate Pay Limitations’ memorandum will be used to establish the fixed billable rates for all inspector classifications.
