Join us during the conference’s trade show where representatives will be displaying the latest tools, materials, and services available to facilitate your success and there will be equipment on display.  

Exhibit booths for the VTCA Spring Conference are currently sold out and the trade show hall is at capacity.  If there are cancellations those currently on the wait list will be notified.

VTCA Member $1,800.00
Non-Member $2,650.00

Trade Show Booths include: 

  • 1 COMPLIMENTARY Conference Registration!
  • Complimentary electricity
  • 10 ft. wide by 8 ft. deep space
  • 6 ft. skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • Pipe and drape
  • VTCA will assign exhibit space on a first-come, first-served basis with a limit of one booth per company.

Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted, refunds, less an administrative fee, are available when cancellations are received before the close of business on March 10.  The administrative fee is $250.  Cancellations received after March 10 are not eligible for refunds. 

Please review the VTCA Code of Conduct Policy.  By attending this event you agree to the policy. 

Shipping Exhibitor Materials to the Conference

If you need to ship your booth materials, you will need to use Big Top Entertainment’s services rather than shipping directly to the hotel.  If you require any additional items for your booth, such as tables, chairs, or electricity, you can also order them from Big Top using this order form.

Please ensure that every shipped box is correctly labeled using the label provided by Big Top Entertainment.
