Tucked in Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains, the Omni Homestead is a grand historic resort where timeless Southern charm meets mountain serenity. With sweeping views, legendary warm mineral springs, elegant architecture, and endless activities, it feels like stepping into a relaxing, storybook escape that has welcomed guests for more than 250 years. You can secure your room in the VTCA room block for $379 per night plus tax and resort fee. Run-of-house rooms may be placed in any room type throughout the resort. Rooms are assigned based on availability at the time of check-in. Rooms are available in the VTCA room block until May 26 OR when the block sells out. Rooms include:
Resort Fee The Resort Fee is $49 plus tax per room per night. The resort fee includes high speed internet access, afternoon social hour, shuttle service to all resort recreational activities, fitness center, indoor pool, Allegheny Springs pool complex, daily history tour, lawn games, bucket of golf balls to use on the Old Course or Cascades driving range, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails and nightly movies. Historic Preservation Fee A historic preservation fee of $10 plus tax, per room, per night will be added to reservations. Parking The current parking rate is $39 plus tax per vehicle, per night. Hotel Cancellation Policies Reservations canceled within seven (7) days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes. Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will result in a no-show fee of one night’s room rate plus tax. Additionally, if you decide to check out prior to your reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night plus tax to your account.
