ATCS Appoints Brennan Collier as Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales

ATCS, a leading transportation and infrastructure consulting firm, announced that Brennan Collier, AICP, in her continued capacity as Senior Vice President, will now also serve as Strategic Sales Lead. In this enhanced role, Ms. Collier will lead the pursuit of multi-disciplinary, long-term contracts to drive substantial growth in the firm’s expanding services and emerging markets. Her focus will include fostering valuable relationships with clients and teaming partners while strengthening ATCS’ presence and engagement within the industry.

This strategic appointment underscores a crucial phase in advancing Vision 10, ATCS’ transformative growth strategy for the next decade. Vision 10 outlines a roadmap for establishing ATCS as a preeminent transportation and infrastructure consulting leader. With her extensive experience in strategic planning and a proven ability to grow ATCS’ client base, Ms. Collier is positioned to help steer the firm toward achieving the ambitious objectives set forth in Vision 10.

Previously, she served as the South Regional Manager overseeing growth and operations for four emerging offices in Virginia and North Carolina. In 2021, Ms. Collier marked a milestone for ATCS by becoming the first female within the ownership team, highlighting her significant contributions and leadership within the firm.
