VDOT’s Categorical Exclusion Form Updated

VDOT has updated the NEPA Programmatic Categorical Exclusion (PCE) form to include clearer language in a drop-down menu format for each of the determinations. The new form also allows room to supplement findings and sources, as needed. The new form, dated 09/22/2023 is available online. VDOT Environmental will accept the previous version dated 11/30/2017 of the PCE form until 8/1/2024 for any project that is currently underway.
