Thank you for considering hosting an exhibit tabletop display at VTCA’s enhanced Aggregate Producer Safety & Operations Seminar. Tables are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitor tables will be set up in either the ballroom where the conference will be conducted or in the ballroom foyer area.
Listed below are exhibitor details:
Exhibitor Sponsorship: $500.00
Includes a 6-foot skirted table with chairs in the ballroom or the ballroom foyer area and one registration for the conference. As a sponsor your firm's commitment will be promoted and recognized throughout the event. Space will be assigned by VTCA on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship Deadline: November 24, 2025 – Limited spots available!
Additional Exhibitor Representatives
Exhibitors may register one (1) additional representative for the 2025 Aggregate Producer Safety & Operations Seminar for $125. This additional registration must be entered at the same time you are signing up for the exhibitor registration ticket online as the additional ticket is dependent on the exhibitor ticket. All other attendees will be charged the applicable event registration fee.
Exhibit Set Up & Tear Down
Exhibit Space is limited, exhibitor set up will begin at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, December 9 and tear down for exhibits within the ballroom can take place before 8:00 AM on Thursday December 11 or after the conclusion of presentation (anticipated at noon) on Thursday. Tear down of exhibits in the ballroom foyer can take place anytime on Friday.
Exhibits in the ballroom foyer cannot be secured overnight and it is recommended that valuable items not be left in the ballroom foyer exhibits.
