VTCA is pleased to announce that our Safety and Operations Committees have collaborated to expand our traditional Safety Seminar to include components designed for Operations focused content. Aggregate Producer Safety & Operations Seminar is the new designation for this event. Additionally, the Aggregate Producer Safety & Operations Seminar will be expanded to one and a half days of valuable content and networking opportunities.   

Along with the relevant presentations, the Aggregate Producer Safety & Operations Seminar will also include:  

  • Continental Breakfast – Both Days 

  • 5 – Half-Hour Networking Breaks 

  • Lunch on the First Day 

  • Reception at the Conclusion of Day One 

Who Should Attend  

Anyone involved with the safety and welfare of those working for or with them should attend these sessions. This includes senior safety managers, front-line supervisors, hourly workers and independent contractors. All levels of company management are encouraged to attend the seminars to learn insights that will make certain facility operations safer.  

Another addition to the Aggregate Producer Safety & Operations Seminar will be a trade show. This is an opportunity for Aggregate focused vendors to host a tabletop display showcasing their products and services.  

The 2025 Safety & Operations Seminar will also provide a great opportunity to network with MSHA officials, Virginia Department of Energy representatives, and industry safety peers to share the latest in mine safety and operations.  

Additionally, the 2025 Safety & Operations Seminar can provide partial Annual Refresher training (if it is part of your training plan) and PDH credits.

Cancellation Policy:  Refunds less a $25 administrative fee, will be available through December 1. No refunds will be given for cancellations after December 1 or for no-shows.
