An intimate, all-suite retreat set directly on San Antonio’s beloved Riverwalk, Hotel Contessa delights arriving guests with stylish suites that take their design cues from San Antonio’s rich history and vibrant culture. Rooms are city view. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am.
The amenity fee is waived for VTCA attendees and includes internet, 24-hour Business Center access, and use of the fitness center. Valet parking is available for $49 per car, per evening for overnight guests.
Reservations for your accommodations are to be made either by phone or online. By phone, call Reservations at 866-435-0900 and ask for the VTCA Winter Meeting 2024 block. The new cut-off date is January 4, 2024, or when the block is full. Reservations will require a one-night deposit in the amount of one night’s room rate. Cancellations or modifications must be made 48 hours or more before arrival to avoid a one-night room rate and tax charge.
Transportation from the airport: If you don’t wish to rent a car, both Uber and Lyft operate at the airport.
