In addition, each participant will need an ED card to enter Aruba. In 2024 Aruba initiated a $20 per person Sustainability Fee as part of the arrival procedure. The sustainability fee is charged through the online Embarkation & Disembarkation (ED) Card platform. The website is https://edcardaruba.aw/welcome. The form is to be filled out within seven days prior to arrival. Important to note, there are other third party websites that are technically legitimate but they charge high fees to fill this out; make sure to only use the official government website. VTCA will send a reminder about the ED card closer to the time of our event.

Regular Registration (Ends December 18, 2026)
- Delegate Registration: $1,200.00
- Spouse/Guest Registration: $700.00
- Children Ages 5-17: $450.00
Late Registration (Ends December 30, 2026)
- Delegate Registration: $1,300.00
- Spouse/Guest Registration: $750.00
- Children Ages 5-17: $500.00

VTCA Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 5:00 pm on December 30, 2026, will incur an administrative fee of $50 per adult. Because of guarantees we must make with the Marriott, refunds are not available after December 30, 2026. Substitutions, however, are welcome!
