Winter Meeting on January 29-February 1, 2026.
Warm and inviting with a splash of excitement, Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach is a AAA 4 Diamond hotel lining the scenic Gulf shore. Just steps from the beach, the resort also sits across from the Clearwater Beach Marina and is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and entertainment.

Regular Registration (Ends December 29, 2025)

Late Registration (Ends January 16, 2026)
- Delegate Registration: $1,200.00
- Spouse/Guest Registration: $690.00
- Children Ages 5-17: $400.00

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 5:00 pm on January 12, 2026, will incur an administrative fee of $50 per adult. Because of guarantees we must make with the Wyndham Grand Clearwater, refunds are not available after January 12, 2026. Substitutions, however, are welcome!
