Nominate a Project for the 2026 VDOT Locality Project Awards

VDOT’s Local Assistance Division is accepting nominations for the 2026 Locality Project Awards – and this year, consultants can submit on behalf of the localities they worked with. If your firm supported a locally administered transportation project that substantially completed construction between January 1, 2025, and July 31, 2026, this is your opportunity to earn statewide recognition for that work.

Projects of all sizes are welcome and evaluated relative to community size.

Nominations are due August 17, 2026.
