An eVA solicitation is imminent for the next iteration of the Non‑PE On‑Call contract for Traffic Operations. Be advised that this will be posted as a two‑step IFB rather than an RFP.

Once the solicitation is posted, there will be a mandatory pre‑bid conference, designed to reduce confusion among industry partners about the nature of this procurement (as it differs from the typical RFP process).

Details of the mandatory pre‑bid conference:

• To ensure all bidders have a clear understanding of the specifications, scope of work, and requirements of this solicitation, attendance at the pre‑bid conference will be a prerequisite for submitting a bid. Bids will only be accepted from bidders who are represented at the conference. Attendance will be verified by the representative’s signature on the official attendance roster.
• No one will be admitted after the announced time.
• Please bring a copy of the solicitation with you, as the Contract Officer will not provide copies. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued through a written addendum.
