Reminder on Approved Seed Mixes for Active Construction Projects

Area Construction Engineers and Construction Managers are reminded to review all active construction projects to ensure contractors are not using any seed mix that contains lespedeza.

If a contractor is currently using a seed mix that includes lespedeza, its use should be discontinued immediately. The assigned ACE or CM should work directly with the contractor to identify and implement an approved alternative seed mix that does not include lespedeza.
